1Definitions & Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the kisy918 website at kisy918.org along with all services, applications and interfaces provided under it.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the kisy918 platform.
• "Operator" refers to the entity that manages and operates the kisy918 platform under a valid international licence.
• "Account Funds" refers to the cash balance held in a member's account, excluding any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirement.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit value, free money or additional benefit granted by the operator to a member in accordance with specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the kisy918 platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the date of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Members are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of the kisy918 platform is lawful under local laws in their location. The operator makes no representation regarding the legality of this service in any jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Process

When registering, members are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including full name, national identity card number (MyKad) or valid identity document, date of birth, email address and an active mobile phone number. Inaccurate or false information may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Opening additional accounts, whether under your own name or someone else's, is a serious breach of these terms.

3Account Policy

3.1 Security Responsibilities

Members are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. This includes setting a strong password, not sharing account information with any party and ensuring that devices used are secure. kisy918 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to a member's own negligence.

3.2 Identity Verification

For legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes, kisy918 reserves the right to request members to submit identity verification documents at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of MyKad, bank statement or current proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Activity

Accounts that show no login activity or transactions for an extended period may be flagged as inactive. Members will be notified in advance by email before any action is taken on an inactive account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made through payment methods supported by the platform and using an account in the name of the registered member. kisy918 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit suspected of involving illicit funds or suspicious transactions will be investigated and may be frozen during the period of investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after all verification steps are complete. Members must ensure that the payment account details provided are accurate. kisy918 is not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the member.

Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account in the same name as the member registered on the platform. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example, if a member deposits RM100 and receives a RM100 bonus, the account balance becomes RM200 and the wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. If the deposit is RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (the maximum), making the balance RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offered by kisy918 is subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is issued. In general:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must first be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements.
• Members are only eligible for one welcome bonus throughout their membership period.
• kisy918 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus or promotions system will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Programme

Loyal members are eligible to join the kisy918 VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7% and Gold up to 1.0%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity level and loyalty on the platform.

6Game Rules

All games available on the kisy918 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games, are operated according to their respective rules published separately under the help section of each game.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are generated through a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified and verified by an independent auditing body. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

6.2 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption that affects the outcome of a game, kisy918 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the member's account. No additional compensation will be provided for any technical failure.

7Member Conduct

Members are required to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the kisy918 platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, racist or threatening language in any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack or interfere with the platform's systems in any way.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Making false claims regarding transactions or game results.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Violations of any of these conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the case.

8Limitation of Liability

kisy918 provides the online gambling platform on an "as-is" basis. The operator does not guarantee that the service will always be free from disruptions, errors or delays. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• The operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• The operator's liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days prior to that claim.
• The operator bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by members — the decision to place a bet is entirely the member's own responsibility.

9Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting customer service via live chat or email. Before closure, members must ensure that all eligible funds have been withdrawn. Funds remaining in the account after the closure process has been initiated will be processed in accordance with the established procedure.

9.2 Closure by Operator

kisy918 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, failure to comply with identity verification requirements or instructions from the relevant authorities.

10Amendment of Terms

kisy918 reserves the right to amend, update or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform's main page at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact customer service for assistance with account closure.
